Communal Areas

Gardens, walkways & around the swimming pools

 

1. No food allowed in garden and pool area; including ice lollies & ice creams as these tend to attract wasps, ants & even rats

2. No ball or throwing games allowed

3. Female topless sunbathing is not permitted

4. Please take any litter with you. Ashtrays must be used in garden areas and taken away to be disposed

5. No glass bottles or drinking glasses to be used in the gardens or around the pool

6. No cycles, scooters, skateboards, skates etc. to be ridden on the complex (Some people have mobility issues & cannot move out of the way so easily; tiled floors are slippery and can be very painful if you fall on them…)

7. No music - please use headphones

8. No noise after midnight. Please respect your neighbours right to a good night’s sleep!

9. No umbrellas or pegs to be pushed into the grass, please use an umbrella stand

10. No furniture to be left on any walkway; sunbeds, chairs and garden furniture to be removed from the garden area overnight

11. Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times within the complex. Please do not encourage or feed dogs, cats or other animals

12. No towels, beachwear or washing to be hung over balustrades or railings
